Prayer Partner Relationship

A confidential relationship focused on seeking, knowing, and doing God's will through prayer. The relationship is characterized through fostering intentional, personal, and spiritual growth.

Mentorship Relationship

A one-on-one discipleship relationship similar to on-the-job training, focusing on shared personal relationship with God, devotional life, and prayer requests. It aims for individual transformative changes or spiritual growth.

Coaching Relationship

A relationship with ministers or church leaders that focuses on specific ministry questions and seeks Holy Spirit-led answers. It involves spiritual self-discovery and aims for individual transformational change and growth.

Counseling Relationship

A one-on-one relationship focusing on dilemmas, challenges, problems, personal or ministry issues. It aims to discuss possible solutions and discover changes or remedies for effective or transformational change. It's characterized by therapeutic feelings after the session.

Strategist and Catalyst Relationship

A relationship focused on effecting change in growth dynamics by discovering strategic engagements. It targets actions and activities that lead to transformational strategies or changes in the lives of individuals or churches.

Revitalization Relationship

A relationship focused on individual revival or corporate transformation revitalization in an individual’s spiritual life or the spiritual life cycle of the church. It strongly seeks the Holy Spirit to lead, guide, and direct them into renewal, rededication, and revival of transformational growth.

Cohorts

A formal group focused on common objectives in ministry or missions with the hopes of producing intentional connections and relationships.

An informal, small group of ministers discussing and applying ministry ideas.
